All staff have significant experience within the care industry and are trained to a minimum of NVQ level 2 in Health and Social care.
As standard, all staff hold qualifications in:
- Moving and handling
- Personal care skills
- Food hygiene
- Emergency aid
- Infection control
- Dementia awareness
All staff are subject to the relevant DBS checks and are fully trained in all aspects of service delivery to the service users with whom they work.
